Fashmates was saddened by what has happened to you.

While we can’t bring Polyvore back, we can certainly help you bring your creations back so you can share them with the world again.

How Can Fashmates Help Polyvore Customers?

With our import utility, you can easily copy sets from Polyvore to Fashmates.

All you have to do is login to import your files.

It is easy to do, and doesn’t take long depending upon your download speed.

Here are a few simple steps:

Download your Polyvore sets from: account-update.polyvore.com

Sign up for free on Fashmates.

To help you transfer your clients and friends Fashmates allows you to keep same username as Polyvore.

Next, go to Import Page www.fashmates.com/import-looks

Click Upload button and select the ZIP file that you downloaded in Step 1. Please note that it may take a few minutes to get your file uploaded

You will see the success message that means we have received your file.

Once your sets are restored we will send you an email notification. It could take a few minutes to hours depends on your file size. Be assured we will process it as soon as we can.

What should you do once your sets are restored?
