Meghan Markle’s Handbag is a Sell Out
Meghan Markle’s Handbag is a Sell Out
Not only did Meghan Markle look stunning on her first official royal engagement, so did her handbag.
Meeting the public, and shaking hands alongside her groom to be, Prince Harry, Meghan’s handbag caught the eye of the adorning public.
So much so that within 11 minutes of the footage being screened, the retailers claimed that the bag sold out.
The bag is a classic Strathberry, a brand specializing in luxury accessories.
What Is Strathberry?
Strathberry was founded by Clare Robertson and Guy Hundleby in 2011. They were originally based in Edinburgh, Scotland but now their fashion accessories can be purchased from Harvey Nichols’ stores.
Their hand-crafted handbags start from £225. Ms Markle’s bag retails for £495.

Prince Henry of Wales
Classic Style and Form
The handbag is a coach styled with clean with pure straight lines, studded feet to keep the bottom off the ground, and a neat, but versatile handle. It is very much in sync with their other designs.
It comes in a variety of colors, but Meghan’s bag of burgundy, navy and vanilla is certainly the most popular one in the range.
The Royal Dream
While many little girls dream of marrying their Prince Charming, many retailers dream of being associated with the British Royal Family.
When Prince Harry and Meghan announced their engagement, and she wore a classic white coat, it also sold out in a matter of hours.
Now, what retailer wouldn’t want that kind of exposure?
