We allow buyers to return their purchases for any reason if they must submit a return request within 4 days of purchase.

If an item is misrepresented or damaged, we will pay in cash (conditions apply).

For all other reasons, we will pay in FashMates reward points. We pay for the return shipping fee in either case.
