Star Wars Shoes Are To (Jed)-Die for!
Christian Louboutin has just released a stunning shoe collection created and designed around characters for the latest Star Wars movie, The Last Jedi.
Teaming up with Disney and Lusasfilm, Louboutin created four amazing designs for the movies amazing heroines: Rey played by Daisy Ridley, Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo played by Laura Dern, Captain Phasma played by Gwendoline Christie, and Rose Tico played by Kelly Marie Tran.
Where Can You Get A Pair?
Star Wars fan may be disappointed to learn that these amazing shoes won’t be made for purchase.
In fact, each pair is a one-off design. They will be signed by the creator and the actress for whom they were designed.
Then they will be auctioned off. Part of the proceeds will go to Starlight Childrens Foundation, a nonprofit that aims to comfort hospitalized children and their families.

Louboutin was inspired by many factors when designing the shoes.
In particular when creating a pair for Rose Tico use reflected the character’s technical and engineering talents. They are covered with jewels inspired by the Tie Fighter Spaceship.

There is no doubt that Louboutin went all out in this collection.
The heels are sharp and strong like the women they represent.
As well, there is something just a bit space age and awesome about these shoes.
